Forged iron light fixtures can be named a real masterpiece. There are two ways of making such light fixtures: hot and cold forging. During the hot forging metal should be heated up to 1000°C and then a foreman can make any model of it as if it is a clay. Here he gives the freedom to his fantasy and that’s why each work is unique and individual. During the cold forging metal is not heated so much and machine production is used in this case. Such lamps are much cheaper, but less elegant.
